If a release is recommended, I continue to support families before, during, and after the process. If your baby has already been assessed for a tongue tie or other oral restriction by another provider—or if you have concerns about how your baby is feeding—I encourage you to schedule a consultation. Together, we’ll assess feeding function, talk through what you’re seeing at home, and make thoughtful recommendations and referrals as needed. I take a comprehensive, collaborative approach to feeding support, always prioritizing the least invasive options first. When we’ve addressed breastfeeding and milk production concerns and a baby is still struggling to feed effectively, I can help families navigate the next steps with clarity and support—including guidance surrounding frenotomy when it becomes part of the care plan.
